Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Mushroom Cloud Rain Lamp. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused or lightly used (defective/damaged items are always eligible)
- In its original packaging, if possible
How to Request a Return
- Email us at aglenalex@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back to the address we provide
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Mushroom Cloud Rain Lamp arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to aglenalex@gmail.com
- We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required
Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns for items that are:
- Returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Damaged due to misuse, drops, or unauthorized modifications
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at aglenalex@gmail.com.
