Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after purchase, and a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to become active in the tracking system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product price or shipping cost.
Raindrift has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what fees, if any, may apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking number for the latest update
- Check with your local post office or delivery provider

We will do our best to investigate and resolve the situation. If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Raindrift is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at aglenalex@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
